The Botanical Garden will reopen in Spring

The date will be set according to the national provisions for the containment of the COVID-19 pandemic

The University of Padua Botanical Garden is about to reopen to the public, as the new season comes.

Over the past few months routine maintenance work and pruning of trees have been carried out, along with a series of important construction works towards the Garden of the future: the four collections of the Botanical Garden (Herbarium, Algarium, Dispensary and Botanical Museum) have been all moved to the ground floor of the historic building, and the spaces dedicated to visitors and to cultivation of plants in the Biodiversity Garden have been completely reorganised.

The precise reopening date will be set according to the national provisions for the containment of the COVID-19 pandemic and it will be duly advertised on all our channels.

The Botanical Garden is getting ready to welcome you back at its best!
